Your Business Will Take Off with Promotional Travel Items

Promotional travel items are great gift ideas for clients. Promotional travel items might include BPS-free plastic drink bottles, or knapsacks, or nice compartmentalized laptop computer cases, or anything else of both stylish and practical value that you can think of for your on the go clients.

But along with those promotional travel items, why don’t you go one step above and offer your clients accompanying cards that contain free travel advice tips? No, you’re not imposing on them. You’re helping your clients free of charge in an unobtrusive way. They’ll be appreciate as well as impressed.

The only question that remains is: what should you tell them in your tips? Let’s look at a few ideas.

1) When traveling, make better choices in restaurants. Forget the fast food burgers and fries except occasionally. Mostly, when you travel on business you have to do a lot of fast eating on the run, and so the fast food burger houses seem like good choices. But even if you do hit them up, remember a few basic points. Get the grilled chicken instead of the fried chicken. Get roast beef instead of a fast food burger. Get a loaded baked potato instead of French fries. Get unsweetened iced tea rather than soda pop, then put your own sugar or, much better yet, Stevia in it. You get the gist.

2) Keep on moving. Whenever possible, take the stairs and not the elevator. Walk to your meetings from your hotel, don’t drive or call a cab unless the meeting’s over a mile away. Buy a cheap, simple push-up bar and do a few sets in your hotel room. Take a jump rope and spend 10 minutes with it while watching that big-screen TV in your hotel room.

These two suggestions are just a pair of ideas to tell your traveling clients. Let them spark your imagination.
