Kick Up Your Bulk Mailing by Using Advertising Promotional Products

When a company is looking to advertise, there are a number of different avenues to pursue. A primary type of advertising (used sometimes or on a regular rotation) is promotional mailings. These are sent to prospective clients who are on a bulk mailing list or they are mailed to previous customers who have not recently purchased from the business.

Sending out mailings is only a very generalized way to advertise and in the end, it doesn’t really do much to produce activity for the company. Some businesses will send out some ads that include coupons or other discounts, but this doesn’t really help anything either.

The statistics show that bulk mailing will generally give you a very low percentage in terms of advertising results. However, if your business would like to continue with this process, there are some things that can be done to make it more effective. You can enclose advertising promotional products within the mailings, thus doubling the rate of effectiveness. Sales through these products helps increase the numbers.

Small items can easily be inserted into your mailings without increasing the size of the mailing envelope or significantly affecting the weight of your mailing. Items like bumper stickers, pens, pencils, post it notes, and magnets can help make a bigger impact when included with your mailings, and yet won’t have a big impact on your wallet. And you will find that there are many lightweight, smaller advertising promotional items that can fit the bill for mailings as well.

By enclosing these types of items with your mailings, you will be giving something that will remind people of your business or compel them to shop at your business for the first time. It’s something that will keep the name of your business in front of them with your contact information, which will be a constant reminder to give you a call.
